Lamb Shoulder Roast

This lamb cut equivalent of the beef chuck roast. This is bone-in with complex layers of fat. This is a versatile cut of lamb that can be grilled, stewed, braised, or slow roasted. I prefer braised.   All lamb products from our farm are processed and packaged at Paradise Locker Meats, Inc. in Trimble, Missouri, which is a family-owned and operated by the Fantasma Family. All lamb meat cutting and processing is done onsite in Paradise Locker Meats USDA inspected plant.
