Bone-in leg of lamb. Both Bone-in and Boneless Leg of Lamb are highly popular cuts. All lamb products from our farm are processed and packaged at Paradise Locker Meats, Inc. in Trimble, Missouri, which is a family-owned and operated by the Fantasma Family. All lamb meat cutting and processing is done onsite in Paradise Locker Meats USDA inspected plant.
